Receptionist / Office Manager ASD
The Aerospace and Defence Industries Association of Europe, ASD, represents the aeronautics, space, defence and security industries through 28 national associations in 20 countries across Europe and provides an interface with the European institutions based in Brussels.
In order to reinforce its team ASD is currently seeking an (m/f): RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE MANAGER
You will be responsible for:
- answering the phone and putting through to the right person
- welcoming guests at the reception desk
- booking of ASD meeting rooms - ordering lunches – taxi’s
- keeping the ASD calendar up-to-date
- incoming/ outgoing mail
- general administration work
- check and forward useful e-mails to all directors and managers or to relevant departments
- office management
Qualifications/Experience
- Young, dynamic and willing to work
- English, fluently spoken and written as English is the working language (multinational European environment )
- French, in order to be able to communicate with suppliers. Any other European language is an asset
- Good communication skills
- Sociable
- Service minded
- Autonomous
- Stress resistant
- Multi tasking
- Flexible
