Finance ERP Trainer & Deployer (f/m)

Médecins Sans Frontières Switzerland is in its new software (integrated software finance and supply) deployment phase.The target is to implement the software in all Médecins Sans Frontières Switzerland missions by end 2016 or latest mid-2017.

This position is based in the field, travelling from mission to mission.

Your Mission

• Organize training for the identified finance key users in MSF Switzerland operations, for the finance module application.
• Writing and updating the training materials, and design the training schedule (face to face and eLearning).
• Parameterizing the tool and act as field helpdesk support during the deployment phase (including pilot).
• Provide regular formal written reports, with extensive critical feedback & recommendations to the finance deployment referent.
• Ensure a good coordination with finance interlocutors within the mission, and link between the finance & supply activities.
• Enforce & monitor the implementation in the field of all conditions required to deploy properly the finance module and ensure a smooth transition from MSF finance current legitimate tool to the new software.
• Produce a deployment report at the end of each country deployment.
• Implementing the change management.

Your Profile

• University degree in business administration or finance area or equivalent professional qualification/certification, and accounting qualification is an advantage
• 2+ years MSF field experience as finance manager or finance coordinator in capital, or with other INGO
• Advanced knowledge of at least one accounting package (SAGA an advantage)
• Experience of an ERP is an advantage
• Experience working with procurement / supply interlocutors a serious advantage
• Experience / understanding of grant management an advantage
• Experience as training of trainers is an advantage
• English and French required

Terms of employment

• Position field-based (various missions) with visits to HQ in Geneva.
• Practical working conditions while in the field are as per the MSF OCG volunteer handbook.
• Contract : fixed-term contract of 12 months, with possible extension
• Ideal Starting date : 1st January 2016
• Gross salary : 12x CHF 5'500.-
