募集ポジション

役割

サンドビック社製品の出荷前組み立て・点検 及び メンテナンス業務 及び 運転指導。

各種フィールドサービス業務を担当いただきます。

• 海外工場から入荷するサンドビック本体機械のセットアップや出荷前検査
• 出荷後製品の 定期的な点検、及び 修理
• マニュアル整備（技術文書を含む）
• 客先提出用資料作成
• 海外・国内出張有り（技術研修・出張修理・納車）

必要知識経験ほか

• 機械系のメンテナンスやサービスエンジニア経験3年以上
• 普通自動車免許、中型自動車免許
• 車両系建設機械、フォークリフト、玉掛、クレーンなどの運転免許要
• 英語でのコミュニケーション尚可
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語必須（社内作業に加えて顧客先での作業も多く、顧客対応が多い職務となるため、建設・鉱山業界におけるビジネスマナーを理解し対応できること）
• また、大手企業も顧客となるため、日本語のビジネス文書の扱いに問題がないこと
• ビジネスにおける最低限のコンピュータースキル要

責任感と根気を持って仕事に取り組め、ご自身で、問題提起・解決をできる方。また小規模の組織にフィットし協調性をもって業務に取り組める方を募集します。

Field Service (Service Engineer) – Sodegaura, Japan

Sandvik Minding and Construction is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment, cemented-carbide tools, service and technical solutions for the excavation and sizing of rock and minerals in the mining and construction industries. Currently we are looking for Field Service technician (Service Engineer) in Sodegaura (Chiba), Japan.

The Field Service Technician will perform fault diagnosis, machine assembly, maintenance and repair work on Sandvik Construction products.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintenance of Sandvik Construction and Mining equipment. The role requires close relationships with Sales and customerss to ensure requirements and time frames are met.

In addition you will be expected to:

• Adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies.
• Dealing with Sandvik construction machine manual(English) to handle technical issue or maintenance of machines
• Setting up new product’s equipment before delivery for customer
• Maintenance and repair on Sandvik equipment onsite and workshop
• Machine audits and inspectionsand Machine rebuilds onsite and workshop
• Provide integrated product technical support.
• Acurrent drivers licencerequired. Licence of Forklift and Crane operationare welcomed
• Working as maintenance, field service or service Engineer with knowledge of Heavy machine is welcomed
• English communication skill required（Understand and execute in line with construction & mining industry specific business acumen
• Business level Japanese proficiency is essentially required to deal with listed customers）

YOUR PROFILE

• You will have technical college degree or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
• You will have at least 3 to 5 years Fields service or Service Engineer or maintenance withmachine.
• Working experiences with Japanese clients for at least 5 years with appropriate business manner is required.
• Understand and execute in line with construction & mining industry specific business acumen
• Business level Japanese proficiency is essentially required to deal with listed customers
• You need necessary visa to work in the location*
