Business Analyst for Finance & Controlling

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of new and further development of existing IT systems (applied centralised and in more than 100 member associations worldwide)
  • Ensure effective support for users working with the systems (support, training, software documentation)
  • Integrate new software solutions into existing system architecture
Requirements:
  • Experience in elicitation and analysis of requirements and in comprehensive support throughout the process up to the acceptance test
  • Experience in IT projects (development of business requirements, user requirements, evaluation of suppliers, testing and acceptance of software)
  • Work experience or education (e.g. information systems studies) as Business Analyst
  • Knowledge in Finance and Controlling
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Very good command of English and German
  • Business Intelligence knowledge (especially MS Power BI) an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (accounting) advantageous
  • Good communication skills and team player, confident appearance
  • Self-dependent and solution oriented working style
  • Applicants preferably hold a valid Austrian working permit or are eligible to work within the EU
