We are recruiting a talented and highly motivated LEGAL RECRUITER to come play a crucial role in our dynamic, collegial team. At Kanoff Legal you will meet, interview, coach and assist outstanding lawyers in finding their dream job. Additionally, you will work with highly regarded international (and national) law firms and companies to build their successful and award-winning legal teams.

The ideal candidate:

• has experience as a lawyer or legal recruiter;
• has excellent spoken and written English (other languages, such as Dutch, French or German would be a plus);
• is a self-starter and has a solution-driven approach to business;
• possesses strong communication, organisational and IT skills;
• is a multi-tasker, team-oriented and forward-thinking, strategic planner;
• is trustworthy and discrete;
• is able to source the best legal talents on the market and develop close working relationships with clients and candidates;
• last, but not least, we are looking for a team member who has both a good sense of humor as well as a passion for people.
