Technologist - Maintenance
Sandvik Coromant offers world class products for turning, milling, drilling and tool holding. In addition we are able to provide extensive process and application knowledge within machining. This is what has positioned us as the market leader in our industry.

Scope

To provide effective Preventive & Breakdown service for Machines and equipments in production area.
Key performance areas
  • Attend to day to day Break downs.
  • Analyse repetitive problems. Apply corrective & preventive actions for the same.
  • Implement the preventive maintenance schedule to avoid machine failures.
  • Follow ISO 9001 & EHS systems.
  • To achieve the Targets decided with the Manager in form of SMART.
  • Inform the concerned Internal Customers about the delivery time.
  • Prepare Purchase requisitions & follow up for the material
Your profile
  • Ability to diagnose machine problems and work on prevention methodology to avoid breakdowns
  • with 3-4 years of experience in Machine Maintenance / as a Service Technician
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
