Bid Manager Public Sector (m/f)

Your Mission:

Integrated in a dynamic team, you will support the business development for Public Sector (local, “Grande region” and European Institutions). In this role you will have to:

• Get involved in the process related to proposals, including the analysis and understanding of the clients’ requests;
• Gather information from many sources (external and internal) to be included in proposals;
• Take the responsibility of the quality check of the proposals; Produce some standard parts of the documents;
• Be in charge of the production of deliverables, linked to research and analysis related to the Public Sector (market share, PwC market positioning, etc.);
• Be proactive in terms of improvement of the process related to the production of proposals.

Your Profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Management/Economics and 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position: Public Sector and/or Project Management/Consulting;
• You are recognised for your excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (German considered as an asset);
• You understand the legal and regulatory environment of Public Sector and have a good knowledge of the local market;
• Project manager with strong critical mind, you benefit from very good analytical and synthesising skills;
• You are able to handle multiple and complex projects with proven organisational skills and ability to work autonomously;
• Rigour, curiosity and proactivity are part of your qualities;
• You are computer literate (MS Office) and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
