The world needs to see change for children. Building on our successful child-rights-based development approach, we’re aiming to grow significantly. To support, lead and manage our growth - and to make the required changes for children - we now need experienced leaders for management positions in the UK and overseas, making this the ideal time to make your influence felt.

More than 1,000,000 individuals are donating and sponsoring regularly to support Plan’s work in 48 countries where it reaches out into rural and urban populations to make a difference to some of the world’s poorest and most vulnerable children.

2010 has seen work on the review of our global strategy as we work to predict the future and place ourselves at the front of the fight against poverty and injustice for children. Already a $700,000,000 pa organisation with more than 7,000 staff and 60,000 volunteers worldwide, Plan has an excellent base of regular giving through sponsorship and is growing its income further from grants and other donations. Sponsorship gives Plan a vital relationship with communities and the million people that give regularly to support lasting positive change for girls and boys.
