Job Description

CITOBI is looking for a Senior Account Manager for its “1to1 Marketing Services” Business Unit.

Account Management:

  • Follow-up of business and customer relationships.
  • Proactivity in terms of strategic recommendation.
  • Reactivity in terms of operational execution of projects.
  • Elaboration of 1to1 marketing recommendations and projects.
  • Writing up and selling of offers, follow-up of client objectives, profitability, invoicing, administration.

Project Management:

  • Carry through defined projects for the client along with the Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, a good coordination capacity and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well in a team, in and out of the company.
  • Aptitude to professionally manage the client relationship.

Main responsibilities:

  • Elaborate the functional analyses considering the client needs.
  • Ensure all projects’ development phases go well, closely collaborating with the technical teams and partner companies.
  • Ensure the reporting and follow-up requested by the clients.
  • Ensure the next sales steps.

The Senior Account Manager will manage 3-5 key accounts from different sectors, and will typically work on 5-10 projects simultaneously, each lasting between 1-3 months on average. After having acquired further experience, his career can then evolve towards global client responsibilities (Account Director) and/or business development.

Experience & Personal Abilities

Experience:

  • Professional experience of 5 to 10 years.
  • Commercial Engineer / Masters in Economics / Graduated in Marketing, or have a similar professional career.
  • Experience on the supplier side of marketing services, in CRM / direct marketing / consulting, AND/OR,
  • Experience in key account management, AND/OR,
  • Experience on the client side, in CRM / direct marketing / strategy, with a demonstrated interest for below the line marketing, the technological aspects of marketing and the new media.

Personal abilities:

  • Interpersonal communication qualities: active listening and communication ease.
  • Operational in three languages (NL, F, EN).
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational skills.
  • Creative and efficient in problem solving.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
  • Strong affinity with current technical aspects: CRM technologies, database, campaigning management, etc.
