Candidate requirements
The Team Coordinator will provide administrative, project assistance for busy consultancy teams. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, pragmatic and flexible team player who is enthusiastic; works well under pressure and has initiative. Experience of working as a administrative assistant would be an asset.
Main responsibilities
- This varied role will consist of providing administrative support as well as project management support including:
- Formatting of presentations and documentation for client assignments.
- Event coordination (database management, prepare materials mailing, dealing with suppliers,...)
- Support the organisation of meetings, travel and logistics for consulting staff team
- Administrative duties
- Monitoring and client support
- IT Support
- Expected skills & competences
- An enthusiastic team player with a flexible and can-do attitude
- Able to handle multiple tasks and solve routine and complex inquiries
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise deadlines
- An excellent knowledge of MS Powerpoint
- Excellent writing and spoken skills in English and French
- Ability to work in an international and challenging environment
- 2-3 years proven experience
