Finance & Administration Officer (Geneva)

The CARE International Secretariat is recruiting a Finance & Administration Officer (FAO) to be based in Geneva. The FAO ensures the Secretariat’s sound financial administration and reporting, plays a leading role in budget preparation, and supports the Secretary General in the meeting of Secretariat statutory and legal obligations. In addition, the FAO is responsible for the management of human resources at the Secretariat (currently 35 staff), and oversees Secretariat procurement activity. The FAO also plays a lead role in the coordination of the CI Finance Directors meetings and workplan.
