Technicien de production ( for CMO Supply)
-Bachelor degree in scientific field or equivalent.
-At least 3 years experiences in supply chain management, production or QA.
-Good knowledge in English.
-Good communication skills with internal and external stakesholder.
-Good knowledge of of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
-In use experience of SAP is an asset.

Operational interface between CMOs and GSK Bio internal stakeholders to ensure the scheduling and supply of vaccines and diluents.
-Scheduling of the production plan taking into account technical and organizational constraints from the CMO on the one hand and on the other hand from GSKBio stakeholders
-Creation of the process orders and their follow up (consumption of the components, closing,…) on a weekly basis
-Creation of the STO (Stock Transfer Order) on a weekly basis in order to provide the components, bulk, raw materials needed for the CMO’s production
-Be the contact person between Global logistics and the CMO to organise the shipment to/from the CMO from/to GSKBio (shipment of components or finished product)
-Be the contact person with production and provisioning department at GSKBio to ensure that the final bulk/bulk/raw materials will be available to the CMO in due time.
-Be the contact person between the warehouse and the CMO to organize the preparation of the shipment and the return of finished product.
-Manage the modification of the production plan during the confirmed period
-Confirm and update planned orders in APO in order for the product team to have a clear view of what will be produced during the nexts months.
-Prepare and communicate rolling forecast for QC, Warehouse and QA.
-Active in the Artwork lifecycle by ensuring master data management.
-Track actions related to product release, and update usage decision date (UDE) in SAP in collaboration with QA CMO.
-Participate to the investigation of GSK Bio deviations and change control related to CMO activities
-Collect data in order to prepare KPIs.
-Continuous improvement of the processes and support for projects
