Human Resources Administrator (m/f) Universite du Luxembourg

Mission:

The Human Resources Administrator is supposed to perform administrative and personnel related tasks for the department within institutional, legal and procedural guidelines, in order to contribute to timely and correct recording and functioning of HR processes and information:

  • Collect, control, correct, administer input and record data in administrative systems
  • Point of contact for internal and external questions addressed to the department in terms of providing information and transferring questions to the adequate person
  • Ensure administrative and secretarial support on HR procedures (absences, sick leaves, holidays etc.)
  • Provide administrative and coordinating support to HR related projects
  • Participate in HR daily operations

Profile:

  • Corresponding education and/or equivalent experience in the field of HR
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to details and accuracy
  • High level competency in Microsoft office applications
  • Team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
  • Excellent knowledge in French and English, German would be an advantage
