Senior Level Monitoring & Evaluation Experts

dTS is a strategic management consulting firm leading initiatives in social and economic development worldwide with a view to promoting equality and accountability. In recent years, dTS has worked in over 40 countries and provided gender integration, training and capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation services to USAID and the World Bank.

dTS is seeking Senior level Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) experts with performance management experience for upcoming projects in the Middle East. These M&E experts will provide leadership for local and expatriate teams conducting short and long term technical assistance on projects that involve conducting mid-term and final evaluations; performing data quality assessments; advising on indicator design, development and review; and designing new M&E systems.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

 Master’s degree in Economics, International Development or related field (required)
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in international development operations (required)
 Minimum of 5 years experience designing and implementing M&E results frameworks; developing PMPs, PM systems, work plans and indicators; monitoring on-going programs for USAID or other large donor organizations (required)
 Field experience in the region (required)
 Ability to read, write, and speak Arabic (required)
 Detail oriented and organized
 Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
 Good problem solving skills
 Team oriented individual
 High level of proficiency in MS Office applications and databases
