We are searching for a District Capacity Development and Decentralization Policy Analyst for the Governance and Rural Infrastructure team in Ghana. The role entails working at 3 levels: at the district level, doing direct capacity building, at the regional level, working on the coordination of donors and districts, and at the national level, influencing policy through sharing district realities.
