District Capacity Development and Decentralization Policy Analyst

We are searching for a District Capacity Development and Decentralization Policy Analyst for the Governance and Rural Infrastructure team in Ghana. As decentralization occurs in Ghana, more resources are provided to districts; EWB is working to make certain that these resources are used effectively and efficiently to ensure communities have access to public goods, like education, water, health, and agriculture. The Analyst will work with local government in Ghana to enhance data-driven decision-making regarding these resources. The role entails working at 3 levels: at the district level, doing direct capacity building, at the regional level, working on the coordination of donors and districts, and at the national level, influencing policy through sharing district realities.
