Main Scope of Work
• Leadership & management of the case management function of the
organization;Oversees the daily operations of the Case Management Team and assumes accountability for achieving measurable and agreed upon outcomes;
• Responsible for development and maintenance of standards of practice for Case Management;
• Works with internal and external partners to promote efficient and appropriate use of resources, through networking opportunities.
