Process Maintenance Supervisor United States
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will coach, support and lead maintenance technicians and contract employees in the Autoclave area. Ability to collaborate with individuals at various levels and different departments within the company and outside personnel to ensure standards and goals are met. Responsible for the execution of scheduled and unscheduled work, consisting of rebuilds preventative maintenance and repairs. Cable of directing workforce at achieving desired results while ensuring safety of personnel, environmental compliance, equipment protection, and production targets are met. Must be willing to participate in safety programs, personnel development programs, budgeting, costing and planning as required.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Three (3) years previous supervisory/lead experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in all media forms, including the ability to deliver clear and concise information to employees, contractors on all levels required.
• Ability to pace own work and work unsupervised. Capable of readjusting priorities when necessary required.
• Basic knowledge of CBM/RCM techniques required.
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations, and Barrick’s Safety and Health procedures required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Oracle, RIMS, and LMS software programs preferred.
• Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required.
