Job Summary
As IT Solution Lead within Finance, HR, EHS and Marketing & Communications, you are responsible for providing efficient and high quality IT solutions design across application boundaries and in line with Enterprise Architecture. You guarantee the selection and design of correct solutions to support business operations and strategies, combined with meeting customer requirements. In this role, you ensure solution sustainability and agility in order to enable current processes and future business changes. You also manage the change process so that it is effective, driven by business requirements and high customer expectations in terms of quality and time to market. Your main stakeholders are the business, as well as IT Site operation, IT Demand team, Enterprise Architecture and suppliers. Together you will work as a virtual team in order to deliver sustainable solutions within the area. Examples of solutions which support this area are S21 Aurora, SAP, Peoplesoft, Vertex Tax engine and MS Sharepoint.
Travel is part of your work in this role.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT or equivalent experience within a relevant function, and at least five years’ experience within solution development. You have solid experience of solution architecture, solution design and integration. For this role, it is also important that you have experience of Finance, HR, Marketing & Communications’ business and processes. You have strong skills in IT change management, IT risk management and project management, while knowledge in IT and business consultancy and in the ERP area are advantageous.
