Inside Sales - Strip, Wire & Heating Technology Middle East (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifying customer's requirements
• Professional customer service (e.g. by giving informed advice during material selection, providing technical information or reliably handling queries, orders and complaints)
• Aquiring customer knowledge to prepare sales forecasts and plan actions
• Customer negotiations
• Identify and develop business areas
• Sales promotion

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial Training
• Experience in Sales (ideally around three years)
• Work experience in the export business, preferably the MENA Region
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and ERP
• Proficiency in processes in internal sales
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of German
• Willingness to travel (around 25 %)
