The Lifecycle Development team, within Product Area Crushing and Screening, is responsible for the implementation of market and business models. Our goal is to reach or exceed sales targets by establishing and developing concepts and offerings, and by promoting and implementing value-based selling in new sales areas where we have previously not held a strong market share. We are now welcoming a Lifecycle Development Manager – someone who thrives on developing our business and who interacts with our global customers, building long-lasting networks. The location for this position is flexible, but preferably in Svedala, Sweden.
Job Summary
As a Lifecycle Development Manager your main target is to support and enhance performance in our international sales organization and ensure that the business unit is working effectively and in accordance with our common strategy and vision. You build and develop our competitiveness by identifying advantages such as enhancing value-based selling and transforming our sales process. Important parts of your mission are to analyze the market situation and demand trends and suggest geographical, as well as other relevant focus areas, and you provide our management with feedback on the market situation and strategy implementation status. Additionally, you actively interact and collaborate with our customers and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management or Mining and Minerals Processing. You have solid experience from working with business development, technical Crushing and Screening and sales or sales support: focusing on process equipment sales for PA Crushing and Screening, mining and construction equipment sales or sales knowledge from other similar areas. Knowledge of contractual law and financial planning is advantageous. Excellent business acumen and the ability to spot business opportunities are essential to succeed in this position and skillful use of the Microsoft Office applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, is required. As we act on the global stage, you must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, while skills in additional languages are considered a plus.
