Our Project Management and Order Execution team within Product Area Crushing and Screening is responsible for handling project orders for both sales areas and final customers, and we ensure clear, trustworthy and efficient processes from start-up to closure. We are now looking for a structured and self-directed Freight and Documentation Coordinator to join a department where we, together as a team, establish the best possible solutions for each project order. The location for this position is in Svedala.
Job Summary
As Freight and Documentation Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating our freight handling processes, and you also administer customer project documentation. You organize sea, road and flight transports for deliveries according to request of purchase, and identify and assign appropriate suppliers as well as provide price estimations to all relevant stakeholders. Ensuring that all documentation is in accordance with our customers’ requirements and standards is an important part of your assignment, and you actively control and correspond to ensure high quality. Additionally, you also assist our project team with ad hoc duties, when necessary.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a trade school education as a minimum, and experience from working in the field of freight and transportation, where you have acquired knowledge of sea transportation in particular, including delivery terms and import/export procedures. You have excellent administration and coordination skills and at least five years’ experience from operating in a global matrix organization. You are a skilled user of the Microsoft Office applications and, as we act in a global setting, you communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

As your daily assignments include operating in a diverse and complex business area, you have an excellent ability to prioritize and organize your work in a sometimes fast-paced environment, according to the challenges that arise. With your strong motivation and ability to work independently, you engage in enhancing our transportation and documentation processes. Customer focus is of great importance to you, and you are passionate in delivering top quality service by communicating, being dependable and trustworthy, as well as understanding the customer's point of view.
