募集ポジション
役割
サンドビック株式会社プロセスシステムカンパニーでは主に食品業界および化学業界向けのスチールベルト・およびその応用装置の設計エンジニア（プロジェクトエンジニア）を募集しています。顧客より受注の機械装置の構想から・計画・工程管理・品質管理・政策・納入・試運転までの一連のプロジェクトも管理いただくため、幅広く業務にかかわり、顧客と近しい立場のポジションです。
  • 取扱製品 （スチールベルト・スチールベルトプロセス応用装置）
  • 販売先 （化学・食品・電気・薬品・製板・自動車業界等 幅広い業界に及ぶ）
  • 受注機械装置の構想から・計画・工程管理・品質管理・政策・納入・試運転までの一連のプロジェクト管理
  • 必要知識経験ほか
    • 理工系学部卒（（主業務内容から機械系出身が望ましい）
    • 設計業務経験必須（工業機械製品の設計経験者）
    • プロジェクトマネジメント経験者歓迎
    • 顧客とのコミュニケーションができる方
    • 英語力のある方、もしくは英語習得に積極的な方
    • 母国語レベルの日本語と簡単な英語によるコミュニケーション必須
    • ビジネスにおける最低限のコンピュータースキル要

Sandvik Process Systems is seeking for a Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for customers’ and internal projects.Our main product is steel belt or its process-equipment which is utilized for manufacturer’s production line.
DesignEngineer/ Project Engineer
Sandvik Process System (Japan) is an industry leader in the region and their main clients are in food and chemicalindustries ofJapan. The design(Project)Engineer we are looking for takes responsible for consulting clients, managing customers’ projects such as producing new product, delivery into clients site and implementation even operating, and initiating internal improvement activities.
Key performance areas:
  • Designing taylor-made equipment to meet customer’s need based on standard drawings
  • Project management to manufacture & install products using sub-supplier network
  • Supporting technical & quality issues for sales group
  • Participating Quality & EHS management team
  • Setting up working procedures and necessary production equipment.
Experience:
  • Designengineer experiences at least 3 to 5 years
  • Design engineering or Mechanical engineering related degree such as Bachelor or Master degree is necessary and strong point
  • Experiences as Design engineer for industrial product is mandatory
  • Working experiences in Japan at least 5 to 10 years to managge Japanese clients in appropriate manner.
  • Native level of Japanese and intermediate level of English
  • You must have eligible working visa for Japan
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design engineering a minimum of 5 years’ experiencein the industry, with previous roles in design, manufacturing or quality assurance.
  • Designing or developing production technology experiences are required
  • Project management experiences is welcomed
  • Moderate English level is ideal on writing and reading email.
  • Native Japanese skill is necessary
  • Working in harmony in small team is important factor as well
