management to executive levels in the corporate environment.
You will be expected to: contribute to the development of programme content; come up with suggestions on innovative learning processes; be able to work in a team; and be able to travel at least nationally.

If you believe you fit our desired profile, please submit the following to Elmarie Stapelberg at elmariest@uj.ac.za: (1) an up-to-date, comprehensive CV; (2) your experience in, expertise regarding and
areas of specialisation in Leadership Development; (3) a one-page description of your views on leadership and the leadership challenges of the new world order; and (4) a one-page description of the Leadership Development philosophy, principles and process to which you subscribe.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 25 March 2011.
Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
A shortlist of applicants will be compiled, who will then be invited to an interview.
