CAREER OPPORTUNITY

1. SALES EXECUTIVES

Sales Executives are required for Uganda, DR Congo, South Sudan and Burundi.

The desired candidates should possess the following attributes:

• At least a Degree in Business Administration/Commerce from a recognized University along with a minimum of 5 years demonstrable sales experience in a reputable medium to large organization;
• Special priority shall be given to candidates that have actually sold clothes in the East African Region, with a clear understanding of the product basics;
• Capacity to generate monthly Market Surveillance Reports focusing at competition and product development;
• Capacity to train, motivate and manage allocated Field Sales Team in the Territory in addition to procuring sales performance from the Team in line with set periodical sales targets from time to time.

2. ROUTE SALES PERSON

This vacancy is available in Uganda for salesmen experienced in mobile products distribution.

Desired candidates should possess:

• A Valid Driving License for at least a two ton truck;
• Capacity to function as an independent cost center given that the opportunity is purely based on sales commission compensation in addition to reasonable terms of engagement that shall be detailed in a Route Sales Contract.
• Solid related route sales work experience with reputable organizations shall attract special consideration.
