Project title: Design of Energy Efficiency Measures in Public Buildings in Kosovo Municipalities

Global objective

To enhance energy efficiency in the public buildings, through implementing energy efficiency measures and use of renewable energy resources that will reduce the harmful impact on the environment

Expert profile
Qualifications and skills

Masters Degree Academic level with 10 years experience or a bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) with 13 years of experience, in the fields of civil engineering or architecture, or minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.

General experience
10 years of experience relevant to this assignment.

Specific professional experience

· 5 years of experience in buildings design relevant to this assignment;
· Experience in preparing complete works tender dossiers in at least two (2) EU funded projects using PRAG or FIDIC contract procedures.

Duration: 80 working days
