Description

Qualifications and skills

- A degree in international trade, international economics, international law or any other comparable qualifications

- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French would be an asset;

General professional experience

- At least 15 years experience in the area of trade negotiations;

Specific professional experience

- Knowledge of ACP countries and ESA countries in particular will be considered most advantageous to the assignment

Duration of the mission

220 working days are considered a minima for the contribution of the team leader: 100% on the ground/region. The expert will be based at the COMESA Secretariat.
