Kidswear Buying Executive
(Discount Division)

Purpose: To ensure strategically aligned merchandise buying activities through the development of a buying strategy, objectives and performance management measures focused on achieving sales targets, gross profit percentage and effective stock turns resulting in increasing market share. In addition, to develop, direct and implement plans and projects to improve and expand the strategic market position and to achieve growth and financial profitability. To actively operate within the African Expansion Project.

Qualifications/experience:
