The Position The main purpose is to work as part of the Recruitment & Admissions Team to promote the London Business School Full Tim MBA internationally and in the UK through various marketing initiatives; to be part of the admissions process and to build relationships with candidates in order to select the highest quality class from the applicant pool and persuade the very best candidates to come to London Business School. All this is done in the context of stretching revenue and volume targets.

The Department The Degree Programmes Office is responsible for designing, promoting, recruiting for and delivering London Business School's portfolio of degree programmes, which includes the MBA, a suite of Executive MBA programmes (London-based, Dubai-based, EMBA-Global with Columbia Business School and EMBA-Global Asia with Columbia and HKU), the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy, the Masters in Finance (full-time and modular) and the Masters in Management.

The MBA Office is responsible for the design, delivery and development of the MBA and the selection and admission of students. The department has over 25 people who are grouped in two main teams: Recruitment & Admissions and Programme Management. The MBA has revenue targets of c£22million per year and recruits c395 students annually. Classes are made up of 60+ nationalities, typically selected from 3000+ applicants, from 90+ countries.

The Individual We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated graduate with significant knowledge and experience of recruitment and admissions within the international MBA sector. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of the MBA market and our competitor's. You will be IT literate with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills and experience of working in a culturally diverse organisation. You will have recruitment experience relating to the higher education sector. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with senior members will come naturally to you.
