Associate Director of Program Development
WaterAid America (WAA) is seeking an Associate Director of Program Development to join our Institutional fundraising team. With an eye on steadily growing WaterAid’s impact, you will make a direct contribution to developing our Nicaragua country program and growing our role in the Latin America and Caribbean region, while working closely with private, large family and corporate foundations and bi- and multi-lateral donors. Join us in ensuring that everyone, everywhere has access to safe water and sanitation.
The Associate Director of Program Development implements WAA's Program Development Plan, including: coordinating, reviewing, and providing editorial support for proposals and reports, and significantly contributing to the team’s efforts to source funding for our programs in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role requires a problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including Spanish fluency, and a commitment to achieving the goals of WAA’s three-year Strategic Business Plan.
