JOB TITLE: MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
Holder of Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration or Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years’ experience. Possession of Postgraduate Diploma in Law Mediation and Arbitration will be an added advantage. Must be knowledgeable of organizational culture and change management.
JOB SUMMARY:
Develop human resources, training, administration, change policies and strategies and oversee their implementations. Provide leadership, development and monitoring of the strategic remuneration and reward system and ensure the accuracy of the Payroll system. Oversee the Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual performance progress reports for the Management. Recommend, interpret, administer staff rules and regulations and recommend staff fringe benefits based on systematic performance evaluation. Control all administrative activities of the bank and ensure that essential administration services are provided efficiently.
