The Benjamin William Mkapa HIV/AIDS Foundation (BMAF) is a Trust and not for profit organization with a vision to be a hub of innovation in quality health services delivery in Tanzania. The Key Result Areas of BMAF’s 5 years Strategic Plan (2013 – 2018), aims to reinforce HIV and AIDS services and other related health conditions; creating evidence based solutions on Human Resources for Health; Improve robust management of information, education and communication; building a sustainable business model of BMAF and having effective operational systems and technical leadership capacity.

In this context, thus BMAF seeks for committed, self-driven, dynamic and competent qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below:

POLICY  AND ADVOCACY MANAGER
The main role is to develop and execute key strategies to strengthen advocacy programs, lead on policy advocacy and communications work and contribute to influencing national policy on key health policy advocacy and communication work. The incumbent should have significant experience at least 5years in the relevant field including: policy formulation advocacy
Proven ability to organise, coordinate and evaluate successful campaigns, Research and strategic planning.
