The Benjamin William Mkapa HIV/AIDS Foundation (BMAF) is a Trust and not for profit organization with a vision to be a hub of innovation in quality health services delivery in Tanzania. The Key Result Areas of BMAF’s 5 years Strategic Plan (2013 – 2018), aims to reinforce HIV and AIDS services and other related health conditions; creating evidence based solutions on Human Resources for Health; Improve robust management of information, education and communication; building a sustainable business model of BMAF and having effective operational systems and technical leadership capacity.
In this context, thus BMAF seeks for committed, self-driven, dynamic and competent qualified candidates to fill the vacancies below:
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT
The ideal candidate will plan and implement BMAF’s business development strategies so as to ensure institutional sustainability. This will entail overseeing resource mobilization initiatives that are related to securing finances and non-financial investments for creation and implementing BMAF Programmes. The job will also, coordinate the internal and external communication with all stakeholders, and spearhead business development. Task involved in this job are multi-complex and are combined with a need for strategic planning, wide networking and effective coordination. An ideal candidate will have experience of at least 5 years in similar or related role. The candidate should possess a first degree plus professional qualifications (preferred in economics or business management and administration)
