The Marketing Manager is expected to carry out some of the following duties

(i)Responsible for preparation of recruitment plans of new Members;
(ii)To develop and implement PPF marketing plan;
(iii)To plan and manage PPF marketing and commercial action plan;
(iv) To coordinate every phase of the marketing programme, including research, members/product portfolio, product development, promotion, and advertising;
(v)To supervise all marketing staff and liaise with the Contributions, Finance, Legal, Investments and PR Directorates;
(vi)To oversee member satisfaction research to identify member’s experience of service provided by the Fund;
(vii)To produce reports on an agreed time detailing member feedback, complaints, root cause analysis for member issues and feedback, recommend improvement and analyze trend and forecasts;
(viii)To prepare meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvement to members;

Duties and Responsibilities
(i)Responsible for preparation of recruitment plans of new Members;
(ii)To develop and implement PPF marketing plan;
(iii)To plan and manage PPF marketing and commercial action plan;
(iv) To coordinate every phase of the marketing programme, including research, members/product portfolio, product development, promotion, and advertising;
(v)To supervise all marketing staff and liaise with the Contributions, Finance, Legal, Investments and PR Directorates;
(vi)To oversee member satisfaction research to identify member’s experience of service provided by the Fund;
(vii)To produce reports on an agreed time detailing member feedback, complaints, root cause analysis for member issues and feedback, recommend improvement and analyze trend and forecasts;
(viii)To prepare meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvement to members;
