This is a unique opportunity to be part of a UK-China college leading in the delivery of UK degrees in Pharmaceutical Science and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology within China. In 2014 Queen’s University Belfast, in partnership with China Medical University, recruited its first cohort of students to undertake UK degrees which support the global Pharmaceutical industry.
Queen’s now wish to make two strategic appointments to support this exciting venture. These appointments will deliver an exceptional student experience and high quality education based upon Queen’s degree programmes developed within a top ranked UK Pharmacy School.
These posts will form part of the core team of Queen’s academics delivering effective teaching (in English) on the Pharmaceutical Science and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology pathways. The successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the development of these programmes. The posts will be based in and duties carried out at CQC, in Shenyang, China and will be for a period of four years initially.
Anticipated interview date: Early August in Belfast
Salary scale: £34,233 - £40,847 per annum (including contribution points)
