CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

APPLY FOR THIS JOB
Sandvik Coromant Sweden AB is responsible for sales and marketing of Coromant’s products and services in the Nordic market, with a mission to strengthen our customers' competitiveness by providing improved production economy. We offer guidance and service to our customers and, by joining forces, we find sustainable solutions that benefit both parties.
The Customer Service Department, within Coromant Nordic, works with order management and technical product support for our customers and field personnel. We are now looking to strengthen our team of Standard Tools in Kista with a Customer Service Representative – a solution oriented and curious person who always strives to offer excellent service and who supports colleagues and customers in the daily delivery. In this position, you will first and foremost focus on the Danish market. However, when needed, you will also support the Swedish and Norwegian markets. We offer an environment where ideas are encouraged and where you have great opportunities for development – if you have the skills, we will give you the tools to use them!
Key performance areas
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for supporting our customers by managing telephone sales and communicating technical information regarding our tools, cutting data and a variety of recommendations from our standard offerings. You administrate inquiries and orders in our order system and are responsible for creating data for billing, credit and debit. You also manage returns in collaboration with our distribution center in the Netherlands and ensure that we follow given processes and guidelines connected to our return policy. In this position, you have an extensive network and you act as important support for both customers and sales colleagues within our organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma in a field relevant to the position, and previous experience from working with sales, order management and general customer support is considered a great advantage. Experience from operating in a production or industrial environment is beneficial. You are comfortable handling the most common computer programs, especially the Microsoft Office suite. As your main focus is the Danish market, we expect you to have good communication skills in Danish and English, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
We place great value on your personal qualities in this recruitment – you are outgoing, have a positive mindset and a strong sense of service, shown by the professional way in which you interact with our customers. As we offer technical support, we also value your genuine interest in technology and production flows. Operating in an environment where many processes occur simultaneously calls for good multitasking skills, and you must enjoy working at a, sometimes, high pace. We depend on strong relationships with both customers and field personnel and by using your good communication skills, you ensure that all of our stakeholders have updated and relevant information.
We actively work to create a workplace that is characterized by diversity and inclusion.
