• Conduct an analysis of the conditions facing the population in designated areas of responsibility
• Assess medical/health needs and identify problems/gaps and propose timely practical actions in response to particular refugee populations
• Assist in project proposal development for vulnerable persons
• Prepare reports related to the medical assessment and proposed health activities
• Work with the response team members on program implementation as needed
• Represent ARC at UN health cluster meetings as required
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor
Fluency in Arabic
International humanitarian assistance experience
Ability to work in insecure environments
