Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking for a Customer Relations Executive who is mature, results oriented and a team player.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in ICT with networking bias and proficiency in MS Office.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer support role.
  • Have strong interpersonal communication and people skills.
  • Must be a good communicator, both orally and in written form.
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision, following directions and be a quick learner.
  • Verifiable references
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues over the telephone, including billing inquiries, sales opportunities and perform all troubleshooting functions related to internet downtimes, web solutions and e-learning and be able to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Respond to customer correspondence in appropriate manner.
  • Accurately enter order information, including updating of customer accounts, telephone and Contact numbers by efficiently and accurately entering all customer service requests into Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Promote sales by explaining available services to potential customers.
  • Use provided training materials and job tools to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues.
  • Other functions that may be assigned.
Remuneration:

Salary offered will be related and dependent on applicant’s level of experience and knowledge.
