Network Engineers

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Installation , configuration and maintenance of Windows 2003 Servers (Local as well as Remote) and other server platforms.
  • Administration of Windows 2003 Server and other server platforms including knowledge on Domain Controllers , AD, DHCP , DNS , FTP.
  • Installation , configuration and maintenance of XP, IIS, NetBIOS, Oracle and other DB applications.
  • Setup and Maintenance of web Server including deployment of websites / application configuration in IIS.
  • Strong working knowledge of major operating system components, architecture, file system and computer hardware components with RAID configuration.
  • Deploying Server Backups - policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and update Trend Micro Enterprise Antivirus Solutions and other server anti-virus utilities.
  • Ensure day to day smooth operation of activities.
  • Quick response and resolution of client queries.
Qualifications:
  • CCNA / MCSE certified
  • Working Knowledge of LAN / WAN / Wireless Internet Router, Configuration and mainteance and management
  • IIS 6.0 / 7.0 Handling & Should have at least some experience in Hardware maintenance and configuration
  • Holder of a degree in any ICT related field but preferably software development.
Key Skills:
  • Windows Server 2003 Administration , domain Controllers , AD , DHCP , DNS , FTP , IIS 6.0 / 7.0 , SMTP Server / POP3 , SQL Server.
Specialization:
  • H / W Installation / Maintenance, Hardware Design, Network Planning, Switching / Router
Type of Contract:
  • Full time and Permanent (subject to 6 months probation period.)
Gross Income: Ksh. 90,000 (Negotiable)

System Administrator

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Installation, Maintenance, Upgrade of the core network servers, hardware and software elements.
  • Maintain LAN, WAN, infrastructures
  • In-house/Out-house specific projects
  • Internal and External Customer Support and maintenance
  • Provide/Advise Expert professional opinion and recommendations on the upgrades, maintenance, better solutions, systems, hardware etc.
Qualifications:
  • C++ or A+ or N+ (or equivalent)
  • Diploma or Degree in any I.T. related field.
  • Working Knowledge of LAN / WAN / Wireless Internet Routers.
Type of Contract: Full time and permanent (subject to 6 months probation period).

Gross Income: Kshs. 70,000 (Negotiable)

Software Developer

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Design of customized applications based on clients needs.
  • Installation, set-up and troubleshoot of installations.
  • Debug and maintenance of various Office Suites and applications (both Commercial and Non-commercial)
  • Management of Various Information system assigned by superiors.
  • Participate in technical design of applications.
  • Develop the System Prototype
  • Manage design/development user interfaces using project development methodology
  • Develop documentation for business object/DBA developers to finalize prototype into working system
  • Develop software scripts and code as per company standards
  • Map software logic to project technical specifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in software developer, systems analysis & design
  • Knowledge of different application server technologies incl. .Net database preferably SQL Server
  • Knowledge of application frameworks, near-field communications (RFID, Bluetooth etc), Mobile technologies (GPRS, GSM, 3G)
  • Appreciation of Windows Mobile, J2ME and other mobile end user applications.
Type of Contract: Full time and permanent (subject to 6 months probation period).

Gross Income: Kshs. 115,000 (Negotiable)

Front Desk manager / Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Holder of a diploma in front office management or a diploma in a business related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
  • Honest and dependable.
  • Presentable, neat and always professional.
  • Holder of a diploma in secretarial studies or any other business related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a busy organization. Applicants with no or little work experience but with ability to learn fast are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to collate data, analyse it and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Be flexible with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
Type of Contract: Full time and permanent (subject to 6 months probation period).

Gross Income: Kshs. 50,000 (Negotiable)

Sales and Marketing Executives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve on the existing business and probing for new ones
  • Project company's objectives to the market i.e. dealers / customers
  • Collect feedback from the market regarding the market share, competition, new ideas.
  • Strengthen brand image through product training to the salesmen in the outlets dealing with organization products.
  • Improving on the displays and promotions at the outlets
  • Advise the company on the market demands and dynamics change and propose improvements on the same
  • Promote better working relations through ensuring good public relations with clients
  • Manage up country clients where necessary
  • Execute marketing activities i.e. ensure that all clients are well informed in terms of stock, sales, services etc
  • Recommendation on credit limits and periods for various clients.
  • Meetings with dealers on growth, introduction of new products and payments
  • Monitoring existing accounts while in search of new prospects.
Type of Contract: Full time and permanent (subject to 6 months probation period).

Gross Income: Kshs. 80,000 (Negotiable + Comms.)
