Kofinaf Company Limited ( Established in 1950) which is a point of excellence and reference in the whole coffee supply chain, wishes to fill the below vacant position.

Procurement Officer

Duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with the company's centralized sourcing and procurement policy and procedures.
  • Take an active role in improvement and implementation of best procurement practices.
  • Timely procurement of goods and services in liaison with the user departments.
  • Processing orders for authorization by top management, and follow up of outstanding deliveries.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly procurement reports.
  • Any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate manager.
Qualifications and attributes
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration(Supplies Management option) or Higher Diploma in either Supplies Management or Supplies and Procurement.
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience as a Procurement/Supplies Officer or comparable position in a busy organization.
  • Membership to the relevant professional body will be an added advantage e.g. K.I.S.M, C.I.P.S.
  • Unquestionable Integrity.
