Lions Capital Limited (LCL) is a Kenyan company that creates tailored financial solutions to meet cash flow challenges for both individuals and SMEs.
We are looking to expand our products portfolio and as such seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager.
The position calls for a dynamic, enthusiastic and a hardworking individual with extensive experience selling financial solutions like; secured loans, bid bonds, and performance bonds.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The position calls for a dynamic, enthusiastic and a hardworking individual with extensive experience selling financial solutions like; secured loans, bid bonds, and performance bonds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the following products; Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Structured Financing for SMEs
- Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
- Establish and maintain new business relationships.
- Accurately maintain and update client database
- Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings, and conferences
- Aggressively prospect for new clients
- Formulate marketing strategies that will enable the company position itself in the industry.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing option) or any other related business degree/ diploma
- 3-5 years sales experience in the same industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
