Programme Manager Tiri (Tiri)

Main tasks and responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
· Provide leadership and substantive technical and content expertise to the projects, alongside and
in coordination with regional PMs and other Tiri staff, always aiming to build capacity to enable the
steady evolution of the IEN as an increasingly locally-driven process.
· Ensure that staff have relevant integrity-related content knowledge and materials.
· Strengthen the global IEN network by providing educational resources, syllabi, and readers to
support the development of courses, as well as international academic resources to assist partners
in the development of integrity and anti-corruption programmes.
· Facilitate exchanges involving lecturers and universities within the IEN network.
· Support the development of integrity and anti-corruption education in other universities and
tertiary institutions, particularly newer members of the network.
· Provide for more stimulated learning experiences for students by proposing special guest lecturers,
and personally lecturing and teaching.
· Provide the basis for encouraging and enhancing academic collaboration on research into issues of
integrity and counter-corruption.
· Enhance the capacity of the IEN’s global communities of practice in target countries, and to
promote effectively a progressive and practical application of principles of integrity in the
academic and wider community domains.
· Ensure the highest quality of the IEN materials and other products proposed for use in courses,
training programmes and in the Global Classroom.
· Identify new, high-quality materials and review materials proposed by others for use in courses,
training programmes and in the Global Classroom for quality and relevance to Tiri target groups.
· Assist in the development of standards for the quality of materials used within IEN.

Qualifications/Skills required
· Expertise in integrity, corruption and governance issues.
· At least seven years of relevant experience.
· Experience in curriculum development and/or teaching methods.
· Experience in multi-cultural environments
· Demonstrated experience in public sector training.
· Flexibility and adaptability.
· Works well in a team, with ability to work independently.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Fluency in written/spoken English; knowledge of other languages an advantage, especially Russian,
Chinese and/or Arabic.
· Excellent research skills, including accessing and uploading digital material.
