Regional Director, Ad Sales (Chicago)
The selected candidate will be a player-coach who will present to C-level level executives and advertising agencies in person – you must have experience in prospecting, cold-calling, getting appointments, delivering in-person client presentations and track record of landing new business in the online ad exchange or network space. In addition, you must have exerience managing a team of ad sales professionals -- hiring, motivating, developing sales plans and correcting employee performance.
This is a great role for someone to take ownership of a region by delivering new accounts and developing a team of strong sales professionals.

- Drive and deliever sales to achieve/exceed regional revenue goals;
- Lead and manage a team of experienced ad sales professionals;
- Prospect, pursue, generate and funnel leads for your region;
- Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with clients;
- Ensure high client satisfaction at your accounts by establishing appropriate expectations and delivering to them;
- Maintaining up-to-date account information and forecasts in Salesforce.com.
- Propagate the AdBrite brand and value proposition in the marketplace; develop and grow a team as you expand the business.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, at least three of which is in online advertising sales.
- Experience managing experienced ad sales professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close sales to C- Level Executives.
- Possess a robust list of client contacts.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly quotas.
- Strong time management and personal organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – telephone, written, and person to person relationship building skills are a must.
- The ideal candidate will be tenacious in pursuing objectives and have demonstrated desire to grow sales skills and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated competence in CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
