Masters degree academic level (university level education in duration of 4 years) or, alternatively, 15 years of General professional experience (absolutely required)

Working knowledge of English (absolutely required)

At least 10 years of working experience in developing IT infrastructure (absolutely required), Participation in at least two projects concerning design and development of databases and data structures in fisheries (absolutely required)

At least one SQL database designed and developed (absolutely required)
