Training Coordinator Adventist Development and Relief Agency International (ADRA)

Job description

Assess training need for the PHCCs and PHCCs staff
• Organize and conduct training for the facility staff
• Develop training module and/or collect modules from other organizations if appropriate and develop training schedule
• Implement training plan
• Ensure all logistics arrangement prior to training
• Prepare reports of training activities as required
• Suggest on training curriculum to improve as needed.
• Evaluate training activities and share with the Project Manager

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing/Clinical Medicines / Community Health, or Equivalent Training
• Min. 03 years of work experience including conducting training
• Computer skills
• Willing to do considerable local travelling
• Have English speaking and writing ability and have ability to speak in Arabic.
• Have good interpersonal communication skills
• Have good report wiring skills
• Willingness to work in hardship and unsecured environment
