Botswana Railways invites reputable and experienced Citizen-Owned catering companies to tender for the:-

LEASE OF CANTEEN AT BOTSWANA RAILWAYS HEADQUARTERS IN MAHALAPYE TENDER NO: QC 004-11 /12

Tender documents can be collected from Botswana Railways Headquarters -Mahalapye in Room 110 between 0730hrs and 1630hrs from Monday to Friday upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P200.00 (VAT Inclusive).

A compulsory site visit will be held on 19/04/2011 at lOOOhrs. All prospective tenderers will be required to meet at Botswana Railways Headquarters Reception Area in Mahalapye. Non-attendance may result in the Tenderer's disqualification.

Tenders should be submitted in plain, sealed envelopes and marked with the corresponding tender number on or before 10OOhrs on Friday 06th May 2011.
