Social Sector Specialist – Team Leader
VGM Partners Ltd. is looking for an expert for the following WB Project in Armenia:
PROJECT NAME: SOCIAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION PROJECT
Global description: The objective of activities, envisaged under the assignment is to assist the improvement of social service system provided in RoA Ministry of Labor and Social Issues sector, through the establishment of a joint package of social services (SS) and drafting of a model(s) of provision of integrated social services (ISS)
Eligibility: All
POSITION: Social Sector Specialist – Team Leader
Qualifications and skills:
- Advanced university degree in the relevant field,
- At least 10 years’ work experience with the public sector and in the field of Social Issues,
- Solid track of experience as a Team Leader in similar projects,
- Experience in developing countries and transitional economies in the region,
- Experience in drafting of models of provision of integrated social services (ISS),
- Experience in development of Manuals on ISS Structural-Functional Models,
- Experience in trainings and seminars conduction,
- Interpersonal and communication skills,
- Fluency in English,
- Proficiency in report drafting.
