Overview of the portfolio of brands
• Illy issimo- Coca-Cola and illy Spa International created a global Joint Venture to create illy issimo, a premium ready to drink coffee. The brand launched in New York in 2009 with independent distributor, Big Geyser. www.illyissimo.com
• Sokenbicha- Sokenbicha is one of 15 billion dollar brands for Coca-Cola globally. It is an authentically brewed, zero calorie and unsweetened line of green, oolong and barley teas blended with the goodness of natural botanicals. It arrived on shelves at Whole Foods in October 2010 and launched with independent distributor, Big Geyser, in New York in April 2010. www.sokenbicha.com


Looking for a self-motivated individual who can create awareness and educate consumers on Coca-Cola’s newest brands in the New York Metro area! This job is ideal for someone that can work independently has high levels of commitment to ensure that the work gets done and has the ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
They also would enjoy managing a small team and would appreciate spending half of their time in the field and the other half managing, reporting, and booking demonstrations!

The job will include bringing illy issimo ready to drink coffee and Sokenbicha tea to life through on-site event activation, consumer engagement, product sampling, in-store samplings, product seeding, deliveries and networking. Computer skills, strong verbal/communication and organizational skills are a must. A willingness to get your hands dirty, while having fun, is essential!

Marketing Coordinator Role:
• Oversee daily activities of two Brand Ambassadors
• Coordinate weekly schedule for Brand Ambassadors by booking demonstrations in key accounts in the Northeast Region ( NYC, Westchester, Long Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Philadelphia)
• Responsible for updating online VEB demo tools with confirmed bookings and event recaps that are received from Brand Ambassadors
 Submit bi-weekly report to Field Marketing Manager
 Work with Field Marketing Manager to understand promotions and demonstration needs
 Work with Field Marketing Manager to update status on accounts and communicate any issues to the field sales team
 Conduct 3-4 demonstrations weekly

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree required
 Self-starter with the ability to communicate with strangers and/or in large crowds
 Passion to grow brands one bottle at a time
 Passion to educate consumers on new and emerging brands
 Prior experience with field marketing, promotions, events and consumer products not required, but preferred
 Email, Electronic Communications, Social Media, and Excel Database skills are a must
 Driver’s License and with reliable transportation
