Channel Programs Executive - Apple

Assist in the management of the infrastructure tools and processes to support the Prosumer channel programs at a country level. Maintain these tools to ensure maximum efficiency of execution of the Channel Programs through the reseller channels across the country.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Manage the execution of the framework and tools for the communication and analysis of all SAMI budgets being allocated through the Prosumer channels, liaising with other RTM’s where appropriate.
  • Provide ROI framework for analysis of all of the Prosumer programs to help us review which programs we should adjust to better support our growth objectives
  • Maintain all Prosumer Program assets used for supporting the Prosumer sales channels ensuring they are kept up to date and relevant and available for the Prosumer sales and Channel Programs teams at all times
  • Deliver + maintain any local WIKI infrastructure for communication internally to our sales teams
  • Deliver and maintain the content management process tools for all playbooks ensuring they are delivered in a timely fashion and are updated on a regular basis
  • Maintain the local sales reference pipeline working with the EMEIA Channel Programs team, and assist in the production of any sales references that are required to support the Prosumer team.
  • Manage all consolidated requests for use of loan equipment for the Prosumer organisation
  • Manage processes for project management of APR store openings as well as refits
  • Manage the execution of all Merchandising updates across the Prosumer channel

  • Completeness and accuracy of local data on the Prosumer Wiki
