Scope:

Drive market share growth and business results for Industrial Air Solutions BU through Direct, Air Centres and Distribution Network through marketing excellence, proactive channel assistance and business analyses.

Duties/Responsibilities/Authority:

  • Utilise sales data, economic trends and business developments to prioritise the growth opportunities within your responsible region.
  • Develop programs and tools that facilitate Channel Expansion in the areas of responsibility.
  • Manage and conduct New Product introduction training with creativity and cultural awareness.
  • Manage the development and implementation of product positioning training to exploit growth opportunities.
  • Develop tools and programs that tangibly improve connectivity to the existing and future installed base
  • Actively produce competitive assessments and sales strategy tools to increase close rate.
  • Proactively communicate with Direct, Distribution and Air Centre sales personnel.
  • Provide BU Manager with complete portfolio/regional analysis & forecast.

Skills, Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years field sales or area management experience with proven track record for growth
  • Ability to understand & cultivate sales performance in market channels
  • Proficient in the development and personal communication of persuasive, strategic presentations utilising MS Office applications
  • Desire to learn or improve marketing skills as a development enabler for career management
  • Make tactical decisions based on data and balanced judgements
  • In addition to being Fluent in English, language capabilities in a combination of French, Italian, Spanish and/or German would be a major advantage
  • Self-motivated, assertive individual
  • 40-50% travel required to the responsible region.
