Your role
To join our Brussels team with a focus on developing our evaluation and impact assessment services, working together with existing teams in other European countries:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Pro-actively pursue opportunities to provide evaluation and impact assessment services to EU institutions, including conducting workshops, giving presentations and organising events for participants from EU institutions
- Participate in the preparation of proposals
- Lead and participate in the delivery of Impact assessment or evaluation projects
- Continuously improve our approach and methods as well as train teams
Qualifications
- A university degree;
- 7 to 10 years experience in the public service sector or EU bodies or a recognised service provider to the commission in the domain of impact assessment and evaluation
- Full understanding of impact assessments and evaluation frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in leading impact assessments and evaluations in a variety of policy domains
- Experience with business development preferably with EU Institutions is an added value ;
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
- Good analytical skills;
- Structured thinking;
- Result oriented;
- Eagerness to grow;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, team player with good and relationship building skills;
- People management and coaching experience;
