Senior Manager EU Account Ernst & Young

Your role

To join our Brussels team with a focus on developing our evaluation and impact assessment services, working together with existing teams in other European countries:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Pro-actively pursue opportunities to provide evaluation and impact assessment services to EU institutions, including conducting workshops, giving presentations and organising events for participants from EU institutions
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals
  • Lead and participate in the delivery of Impact assessment or evaluation projects
  • Continuously improve our approach and methods as well as train teams

Qualifications

  • A university degree;
  • 7 to 10 years experience in the public service sector or EU bodies or a recognised service provider to the commission in the domain of impact assessment and evaluation
  • Full understanding of impact assessments and evaluation frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience in leading impact assessments and evaluations in a variety of policy domains
  • Experience with business development preferably with EU Institutions is an added value ;
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation skills in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Structured thinking;
  • Result oriented;
  • Eagerness to grow;
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, team player with good and relationship building skills;
  • People management and coaching experience;
